The vertical deviation of the C shape steel pile is 1/150, the left and right deviation of the wall along the axis of the foundation pit is 300mm, and the elevation of the bottom of the C shape steel pile is 500mm. Appearance inspection includes surface defects, length, width, thickness, end-to-end square ratio, flatness, etc. Check:

(1) Welding parts that affect the driving of C shape steel piles should be cut off.

(2) Those with cut and section defects should be reinforced.

(3) If the C shape steel pile is severely corroded, the actual section thickness should be measured to determine whether it needs to be thinned in the calculation. Check the appearance of all C shape steel piles before construction, and rectify the steel that does not meet the requirements.

(1) Before the construction of C shape steel piles, the construction problems in the static load area and dynamic load area should be properly resolved. Due to the selection of C shape steel pile support, the original static load area (conveyance channel, pccp pipe stacking, crawler crane) was cancelled, and all construction was done on one side of the section steel. Do a good job in excavation and transportation, pipeline accumulation, installation and equipment placement and other operations.

(2) During the piling process, sometimes large rocks or other unknown obstacles are encountered, resulting in a lack of driving depth for C shape steel piles. Corner stakes or arc stakes are used to get around obstacles.

(3) During the extrusion process, the C shape steel pile is prone to force deflection due to the lateral extrusion of stones. The C shape steel pile is pulled up 1.0-2.0m in the vertical direction, and then hammered downward to break the large stone due to vibration or displacement, correct the orientation of the C shape steel pile, and reduce the skewness of the C shape steel pile .

(4) When the C-shape steel pile deviates greatly along the axis, special-shaped pile steel is used to correct the deviation. Generally shaped piles are sheet piles with a width larger or smaller than the specification width. Special-shaped piles can be welded according to the actual inclination profile steel. When the inclination is small, the pile can also be pulled in the opposite direction, and hammered with a winch or a winch and a wire rope.

(5) In places where the foundation is relatively soft, adjacent piles are sometimes introduced during construction, and the method adopted is to weld several adjacent piles together.
